Simply fill out a short form with details of what you lost (including your full name, number, email, location, description and photos if available) pay the reward amount you offering to our community and submit. Your report will be visible to our community network.
You will need to register on our platform to share a tip. Once registered, you can submit a tip by providing details of the item you found, including its location and any relevant information. If your tip leads to the recovery of a lost item, you will be paid.
No. You can report lost items or submit tips without any upfront payment. We only ask that tips be honest and helpful.
Once your tip leads to a successful recovery, Fyndae securely processes your reward and notifies you. Payments are made through trusted channels to ensure safety for both parties.
If our community is unable to recover your lost item within 30 days, we will refund your reward amount 100%. However, if a tip leads to the recovery of an item, the reward is non-refundable.
You can report lost phones, gadgets, pets, vehicles, personal items, scams and even missing persons. If it matters to you, it matters to us.
Each tip is reviewed and cross-checked against the reported case. We also use community feedback and internal systems to reduce false information and reward only verified contributions.
We are currently operational in major cities across South Africa and Nigeria. Our community is growing rapidly, and we aim to expand to more regions soon.
